What data we collect
The site has no registration forms or its own booking system, so we don't automatically collect or store personal data. Data reaches us in only two ways:
- Google Analytics (with your consent) — anonymized visit statistics: which pages are viewed, approximate region, device and browser used. This does not allow us to identify you personally.
- If you contact us yourself — via WhatsApp, Telegram (including our Telegram booking bot), Viber, phone, or email — we see your name, phone number or email, and the content of your message (for the bot, also your chosen dates and number of guests). This data is used solely to process your booking and is not shared with third parties.
Cookies and Google Analytics
The site uses cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics 4), and only if you click "Accept" on the banner at the bottom of the page. If you choose "Decline" — no analytics cookies are set, and the site continues to work completely normally.
Google Analytics passes anonymized data to Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser's cookies — the banner will appear again.
Booking via Booking.com
Booking buttons on the site lead to Booking.com — a separate service with its own privacy policy. Data you enter there (for booking) is processed by Booking.com, not by us directly.

You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, and to ask us to delete or correct it. To do so, write to reservation@winkelapartament.com.ua.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page — for example, if we add new analytics tools. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the page.
